Description:
This process line is a typical type extruded food machine studied and developed by ourselves on the basis of learning from advanced technology in the world so that both its technical performance and products quality reach to the most advanced level in the world. This line can finish mixing, extruding, shaping, core-filling, cutting, baking and flavoring in one-pass operation automatically. This line features lots of types, flexible collocation, extensive applied raw materials, various snacks and easy operation. By changing the moulds and process technology, this line can produce core-filled snacks, like chocolate filled bar, cream filled pillow, rice cake, cereal bar, sheet snacks etc.

Function:

It is used in the Automatic boiled soymilk production line. The process is as follow: pumping the soaked beans to the grinding machine which has the water gauge and beans quantitative instrument to control the soymilk concentration, then the rotor pump will take the raw mixture to the continuous cooking machine which can control the cooking temperature automatically, then the extruding machine will separate the mixture to soymilk and residue, then the soymilk will be filtered by roller screen and used to make soybean food, at last, the residue blowing machine will convey the residue to the residue warehouse. The whole production line is controlled by computer.
